Yes, it's true. If you buy a download from Blue Coast Music you can request a second file of the same music in a smaller format.
We realize many of our customers have different listening systems. One could be a $50,000 system in your living room and another might be a Bluetooth system using your phone and a headset.
To accommodate our customers and subscribers, we set up a program a few years back that allows you to request a download in a smaller format. Here's how it works.
Buy a download, forward the receipt to support@bluecoastmusic.com with a mention of what album and file size you'd like. We'll get the files into your download account within 48 hours. The files requested must be the same album as you purchased and a smaller/less expensive format.
Unfortunately, this is a manual process because the cost required to automate it is out of our range to set up. The good news is that we get a chance to know you directly and always love hearing from you. Try it out today!
